Visuals By Ct's  primary mode of communication is messaging.  Please allow 24-48 hours to respond to your contact emails/messages. The best contact means include email (visualsbyct1@gmail.com), phone (813-323-7079) or through our website (www.visualsbyct.com). 

BOOKING

The Photographer's total session fee includes a non-refundable deposit payment and must be paid in order to secure your appointment slot.  The deposit will go towards the total price of the shoot. A deposit is required to secure all appointment and photographers time.  Please be aware, different session types have different deposit amounts.

LATE ARRIVALS/
CANCELLATIONS
 

If you are running late , please let me know . After 15 minutes, there will be a $25 late fee applied. After that every 10 minutes there will be additional $10 fee applied. After 40 minutes of no arrival, your shoot will be CANCELLED. Please try to schedule all personal appointments ahead of time you can avoid these fees .

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a shoot, please do so 48 hours prior to your shoot . It is important to note all deposits are nonrefundable. You will have one chance to reschedule your session. After the one time you will be required to resend the full deposit to book your new session date.

TURNAROUND
TIME

After scheduled shoot is completed , you will receive a online link of full images with watermark on it within 24-48 hours. Client will choose their favorite photos they would like edited. Photographer will start editing the chosen images . Turnaround time will be 1-2 weeks. Usually around 1 week, the second week is a grace period just in case photographer has a lot of sessions to complete. 

COPYRIGHT AND
REPRODUCTIONS

The Photographer shall retain copyright ownership of all works created during portrait sessions, including but not limited to all images in their original and processed formats.  It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V. Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 2005, Section 102} without the written permission of the Photographer.  Alterations include, but are not limited to, application of filters, cropping, or modifications of any kind. Any knowledge of watermark being removed through a removal website will result in contact of removal.

MEDIA RELEASE

Please be advised pictures and videos taken by me the photographer will be posted and used for promotion of my business unless discussed otherwise.
